Why can I not arrive without an appointment? 
There is no administration on site and I am usually in appointments, so will not be free to see you. If you need to drop something off or collect something you can arrange a time in advance.

Do you offer appointments outside of the hours listed above?

Yes, some limited appointments can be offered outside of the hours listed above. If you have a particular request please email to see if this is possible.

Is there car parking available?

Yes there is car parking available on site, at the rear of the building. There is no cost to access this.

Do I have to attend in person?

No, you can attend in person or online. I use a platform called 'Doxy Me' for telehealth sessions. https://helpcenter.doxy.me/en/collections/5677154-for-patients

What kind of toilets do you have?

The toilets are all gender neutral. Most toilets are single stall and have ample room for parents and children.

Do you have stairs?

Yes, Amanda's room is located upstairs. If your accessibility needs prevent you from being able to walk up stairs you will need to opt for telehealth.

Where do I wait?

For your first appointment you can wait downstairs and Amanda will meet you at your appointment time.

Is there public transport available near by? 

The closest bus lines are the 679, 664, and 967. All buses stop within a few minutes walk. The nearest train station would be Bayswater, which is a 3 minute drive or around 20 minute walk. ​
