Why can I not arrive without an appointment? 
There is no administration on site and I am usually in appointments, so will not be free to see you. If you need to drop something off or collect something you can arrange a time in advance.

Do you offer appointments outside of the hours listed above?

Yes, some limited appointments can be offered outside of the hours listed above. If you have a particular request please email to see if this is possible.

Is there car parking available?

Yes there is free car parking available on site. However, car parks have time limits at 1, 2 or 4 hours, which is actively monitored by the council. The first row closest to the shops is only one hour. To be safe, I would suggest parking in the other rows.

Do I have to attend in person?

No, you can attend in person or online. I use a platform called 'Doxy Me' for telehealth sessions. https://helpcenter.doxy.me/en/collections/5677154-for-patients

What kind of toilets do you have?

There is a single toilet that is gender neutral.

Do you have stairs?

Yes, Amanda's room is located upstairs. If your accessibility needs prevent you from being able to walk up stairs you will need to opt for telehealth.

Where do I wait?

You are welcome to come in and take a seat to wait for your appointment. Amanda will meet you at your appointment time. While you wait, you are welcome to make a tea or coffee in the kitchen.

Is there public transport available near by? 

The closest bus line is the 901, stop Ainsdale Ave/Boronia Rd. The bus stop is within a few minutes walk. Ringwood is the closest station, which is a 10 minute bus ride on the 901.
