INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS BOOKED BELOW OR EMAIL
CAN PHONE AND LEAVE A MESSAGE
I use a program called Halaxy for my online bookings and payment.
For your first session, you can open the link and book a time that suits you directly. It will ask you to make a payment of $225.
Appointments are offered face to face in Bayswater North or over telehealth (online).
PLEASE ONLY BOOK INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS THIS WAY
After booking you need to complete a consent form and intake before your session.
An individual psychology session is $225 and can can be booked online.
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP this can be added later, as the rebate can only be processed after the appointment/day of session.
If wanting an assessment or are NDIS Plan-Managed please contact me via my website or email only as the pricing is different and assessment require multiple sessions.
You are welcome to send through preferred times, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you would like an ongoing regular time for individual appointments or if you are seeking an assessment it is best to use this option.
You should receive an email reply confirming receipt and offering two available appointment times within 2 business days. If you have not heard from Amanda within 3 days please feel free to send a second email or phone and leave a message.
You can email directly or ask your GP to email your Mental Health Treatment Plan to
3. PHONE AND LEAVE A VOICE MAIL
If you prefer to make an appointment over the phone or would like to speak to Amanda briefly first you are welcome to call instead. The number to ring is 0484 528 232.
This number is for non-urgent messages only
and not actively monitored.
This means no one answers the phone straight away and you will have to leave a voice mail. Please leave your name, phone number and preferred time to have your call returned by Amanda. Usually a call back is possible within 2-3 days.
YOU SHOULD GET A CALL BACK WITHIN 2-3 DAYS
A NOTE ABOUT ADMINISTRATION
Amanda is a solo practitioner, which means you will be booking your appointment with her. She also does her own administration, so will be the person who calls you back. This provides predictability and continuity of care, however also may mean short delays in getting a reply. Email is usually the fastest way to contact and most flexible to get a quick reply.
