psychology services

In all my psychology sessions I aim to create a safe and welcoming space,

free of judgement. I blend evidence based strategies, with my lived experience, in a collaborative approach to meet your needs from a neuroaffirming lens.

PURPOSE - To collaboratively work on your goals in individual psychology sessions.

Sessions are client led and will focus on what matters most to you, at your pace.

A standard session is 50-60 minutes and costs $220. I offer 80-90 minute sessions at the rate of $330.

I can accept private payment, Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTP), and self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding.

PURPOSE - to confirm if an adult meets the diagnostic criteria for autism and/or ADHD.

For adults (18+) I offer autism and ADHD assessments. I can also do cognitive, as required.

Have you always felt different but never understood why?

My comprehensive assessments are designed to help people understand themselves and their needs to better, to live a life aligned with how their brain works. This promotes stronger well-being, authenticity, and can put past experiences into context.

Payment for assessments are generally privately paid. Though if under 25 years, with a referral from a doctor, some may be eligible for partial medicare rebates.

PURPOSE - To provide a snapshot of cognitive/learning performance

Answer the question if the young person meets the diagnostic criteria autism and/or ADHD.

Rule in/out giftedness or intellectual disability.

For young people over 8 years old I offer autism, ADHD, cognitive, and learning assessments.  These comprehensive assessments can help caregivers and schools find out  what is going on for young people below the surface. I like to think of this as providing a map or a compass for a child.
